You need to download the latest version of shockwave. You can get the latest version from
here.
After installing Shockwave, restart your computer.

| I have the latest version of Shockwave, I still can't get the game to load in my browser. |

Try clearing your browser's cache.
For Internet Explorer:

On your toolbar, go to Tools » Internet Options. |

On the subdivision labeled Temporary Internet Files, click "Delete Files". |
For Mozilla Firefox:

On your toolbar, go to Tools » Options. |

Go to the Privacy control. |
| • |
On the subdivision labeled Cache click the "Clear" button. |
For Netscape:

On your toolbar, go to Edit » Preferences. |
| • |
Under the Advanced tab, go to Cache. |
| • |
Click the Clear Cache button. |
If you still can't load up Quantum Legacy after clearing your cache, try restarting your computer.

| I can't get Quantum Legacy to run when I download it. When I try to run it, I get an error saying: "One or more Shockwave files are missing." |

The downloadable version of Quantum Legacy requires some components used in Shockwave 8.5 that get deleted when you install
the latest version of Shockwave. Those missing components should have been installed when you first ran QL. To fix this problem,
download and run our Shockwave Installer.
Running the Shockwave version 8.5 installer will not effect your latest installation of Shockwave.

| I can't log in or create an account. |

You are either behind a firewall or need to decrease your security settings.
To lower your security settings on Internet Explorer:

On your toolbar, go to Tools » Internet Options. |

Click on your subdivision labeled Security and try lowering the settings. |
If you still can't log in or create an account, try using the local login button. Please remember that you won't be able
to play in multiplayer mode if you're locally logged in.

| I get really low fps in Quantum Legacy. |
|
Quantum Legacy is a high performance game and consumes a lot more of your CPU's memory than most browser based games do. If you don't have a
good system, then don't expect too much from QL. You can check to see if your system meets the standard requirements in our
system requirements section.
If you meet the requirements:

| Try using a smaller window size for the game.

| 2.
| Try turning off chrome & flares and turning down your other graphics settings in the game.
|

| It's also possible that your hardware acceleration has been turned down or off. Right click
on your desktop and go to Properties » Settings » Advanced » Troubleshoot. Make sure your hardware acceleration
is set to full.

| If that doesn't work, or your hardware acceleration was already fully on, try right clicking
on your desktop again, go to Properties » Settings and turn your color display lower than 32 bit.

| People can't connect to my game in multiplayer mode. |
|
This means that you're behind a firewall or proxy. If it is a software firewall (ie: running on your computer, like ZoneAlarm), try disabling it.
If it's a router or some other hardware that you're going through to get to the internet, then you'll have to get into the properties of the
firewall/router and adjust them to allow you to play. If you do not know how to adjust your firewall/router, or do not have the right permissions
to do so, then there's not much we can do to help you. You can still play the single player missions and try to join other people's games.
